Problem: you have created a condition for Action in CRM. Condition is logically and syntactically correct but it is never fulfilled.
Solution: One of the reasons of this behavior might be something you would never thought off.
If you have a Table Contains condition in your Action’s condition make sure it is the last part of the condition.
