Problem: you have a lot of fields in the structure of BO but only some of them can be selected in the configuration of a view.
Solution: you need to allow system to show you the hidden fields. To do so go to SPRO TCODE and follow this path: CRM -> UI Framework -> UI Framework Definition -> Design Layer -> Deactivate Hiding of Fields.
After you mark this option you should be able to see all fields and selected the ones you require.
