Show all available roles when logging to WebUI

Problem: when you log in to the WebUI you do not see the Business Role you are interested in.

Solution: In SU3 transaction add parameter CRM_UI_PROFILE with value * (star). Next time you try to log in to WebUI you will see all the roles possible.
